PokerUp collects personal information upon registration for poker player profiles. We may use this information
to contact customers in order to discuss the services that we provide. We may also email customers
regarding updates to our services.
In addition to required registration information, PokerUp may conduct surveys which ask members
and visitors to volunteer information to be used on an aggregate basic for market research
and PokerUp product development. This information will be used to better tailor our products
and services to the needs of our members. You are not required to volunteer the information
requested in these surveys.

If your personally identifiable information changes in any way, PokerUp provides the mechanism
for members to edit their profile and information accordingly. Additionally PokerUp also allows
members to request the deletion or modification of personal information by making contact with us
for the fulfillment of such requests.
